国家级高层次人才计划(青年项目)、四川大学第十批“双百人才工程” 入选者。2014年毕业于复旦大学上海医学院获得病原生物学博士学位,随后在美国宾夕法尼亚大学牙医学院从事博士后研究。主要研究方向为:牙周炎的免疫学发生机制、训练免疫在牙周炎及其共病中的作用、克隆性造血发生的分子基础及临床意义等。先后在 Cell (2024,2022), Journal of Clinical Investigation 和Journal of Immunology等重要国际性学术期刊发表约20篇论文。其中以第一作者(包含同等贡献作者)的SCI论文12 篇,总影响因子大于239。课题组未来的主要研究方向包括:1)免疫细胞在牙周炎发生中的作用机制;2)巨噬细胞胞葬(Efferocytosis)在牙周炎症消退及组织再生中的作用机理;3)牙周炎及其共病的免疫学致病机制与治疗策略。针对“牙周炎及其共病机制”这一核心科学问题,深入探究和明确不同慢性炎症性疾病之间的关联机制,尤其是牙周炎、类风湿性关节炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)与社会压力之间的内在关联机制。在此基础之上,针对其中关键的分子,合成相应的多肽或者抗体类药物,研究其潜在的治疗效果,推动牙周炎及相应慢性炎症性疾病的治疗与康复。代表性论文/著作:1)Hui Wang, Kimon Divaris, Bohu Pan, Xiaofei Li, Jong-Hyung Lim, Gundappa Saha, Marko Barovic, Danai Giannakou, Jonathan M Korostoff, Yu Bing, Souvik Sen, Kevin Moss, Di Wu, James D Beck, Christie M Ballantyne, Pradeep Natarajan, Kari E North, Mihai G Netea, Triantafyllos Chavakis, George Hajishengallis.
